Motor Sports Radio Network Contest Page
This page will have information on regional and national contests conducted by us and our promotional partners. We have some rules that cover the conduct of our contests:
The following groups of people are never eligible to enter or win any prizes in any Motor Sports Radio Network Contest: Employees of PK Communications Co.; Motor Sports Radio (sm) Network Affiliated Stations and their advertisers, suppliers and promotional partners; programming, operations, sales or management employees of other broadcast organizations along with print publications, internet web sites designed for public dissemination of facts, and their respective families.
All taxes, liabilities and the responsibility for lawful use of any awarded prize are the sole responsibilities of the prizewinner. By accepting a prize, winner implicitly agrees to indemnify and save harmless PK Communications in any litigation involving use of a properly awarded prize. A Form 1099 will be given to all prize winners of a prize worth $1000 or more in retail value or cash equivalent. Government issued identification may be required to verify the age of the prizewinner before the prize can be transferred. PK Communications reserves its right to substitute prizes of an equal or greater value as part of or as a Grand Prize.
Prizewinners must be legal adults over the age of 18; 21 years of age if any or all parts of a prize package include a promotional partner primarily engaged in the manufacture or marketing of legal adult beverages (beer, wine and whiskey).
Households/individuals can win only one grand prize and random prize per household/individual. Winning a random prize, if offered, will not disqualify that winner from winning a contest grand prize. Prizes not claimed or otherwise made available may be awarded by random draw to non winners of past contests. Specific personally identifiable entry information will only be shared with those entities providing all or part of a Grand Prize; generally non-personally identifiable information (Zip, area codes, and domains from which entered) may be analyzed and shared with contest prize partners. All personally identifiable information will not otherwise be shared, except to comply with court orders.
All prizewinners, by entering any such contest we conduct, have assented to our using their first and last name, photographic likeness, and recording of their voice for use in promotional and marketing materials. Prizewinners will forfeit prizes if this permission is revoked, and a redraw will occur.
Entrants must have a valid US Postal Service address, a working telephone and (strongly recommended) a e-mail address so they may be contacted if they are winners of any contest. Contest entries that do not contain all of this information (whether sent by e-mail or by official contest blank) are invalid.
To enter Motor Sports Radio Contests, you may simply send a plain text electronic mail to: contest (a) msrpk.com. In the body of the e-mail, we will need your name, US Postal Service address, telephone number and best time of day to contact you. You may, of course, also enter contests at the establishments of our promotional partners, by filling out official entry blanks with the same information and electronic mail address. You may only send one electronic mail entry per 24 hour period; you may enter in person only once per visit per day up until the contest deadline for entries.
If we solicit contest entries from social media sites (Twitter for example), entrants must comply with contest rules above and must be a follower in good standing. Contest Tweets are limited to one per day per follower.
